How do I pay rent?

I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
You will need to review your lease agreement to understand the requirements for terminating the lease early or finding a replacement resident. We recommend discussing this with your roommate and contacting our office to discuss your options. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Please refer to your lease agreement for the notice period required to vacate the property. Typically, you will need to provide written notice 60 days before your lease expires. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
The lease agreement will specify which repairs are the responsibility of the resident and which are the responsibility of the landlord. We handle all maintenance requests and will dispatch qualified professionals to make repairs.
